How do Echoflicks and ViewReel compare?

Both turn the photos you already have into a property video, with no filming and no site visit. The main difference is who does the work. ViewReel, a Shopfront Digital service, is done for you: you send the photos, its AI pipeline turns them into video clips, and its team edits them, adds music and branding and delivers an MP4. Echoflicks for Real Estate is self-serve: you paste a listing link, and Felix, our AI film director, reads the listing, writes a script from its facts, casts a narrator, composes an original score and finishes the film in your agency's branding.

Where does ViewReel win?

ViewReel takes the work off your hands. You send the same photos you would upload to Rightmove or Zoopla, and a finished, edited walkthrough comes back, usually within 48 hours. If nobody in the branch wants to learn another tool, that is a real advantage.

It also offers longer tours. Its Family Home Tour runs to 2 minutes or more for larger homes, with priority 24-hour delivery, and its sales tours include interior-to-exterior transitions. It has separate pricing and monthly plans for lettings, which suits high-street letting branches with steady tenant turnover, and a rush option for same-day delivery on urgent launches.

Where does Echoflicks win?

Echoflicks is faster to a finished film and keeps you in control. You paste a listing link, and a standard film is ready in about 30 minutes, with no order to place and no wait for a production team. Felix reads the page, including the brochure and floor plan when present, picks 8 to 15 room shots and writes a script from the listing's facts.

Every Echoflicks Tour film is narrated in British English. You choose from six narrator styles, each with a female and a male voice, or let Felix choose, and every film gets an original score composed for the property. The ViewReel pages we checked describe walkthroughs with music and do not mention narration.

You get all three formats as standard: 16:9, 4:3 or 9:16 in Full HD 1080p, with optional subtitles, and your brand kit (logo, colours, fonts, tagline and default narrator) on every film. Re-cuts are free, up to 10 per listing, and a film that fails costs nothing. Every film carries machine-readable AI metadata and, by default in the web studio, a visible AI-generated label, which helps you disclose clearly to buyers. How much do they cost?

On 3 November 2026, ViewReel's pricing listed:

• Rental walkthrough: £49 per property, one-off, up to 8 photos, 60 seconds.
• Rental Essential: £149 a month for up to 5 walkthroughs.
• Rental Growth: £279 a month for up to 10 walkthroughs.
• Standard Home Tour: £129 per property, up to 10 photos, 90 seconds.
• Family Home Tour: £179 per property, up to 15 photos, 2 minutes or more, priority 24-hour delivery.
• Sales Growth Plan: £399 a month for 4 Standard Home Tours, with vertical social cuts included.
• Add-ons: a vertical social cut for £10 a video, and rush delivery for £25 a video.

Plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. The pages we checked did not say whether VAT is included.

Echoflicks

Films cost from €14 each on a monthly plan, from €20 with packs and €30 for a single film (launch prices until 31 December 2026, VAT included). Which should you choose?

Choose ViewReel if you would rather send photos and get a finished walkthrough back in a day or two, you want longer tours for larger homes, or you need lettings plans for a steady flow of rentals.

Choose Echoflicks if you want a narrated, branded film from a listing link in about 30 minutes, with an original score, all three formats in Full HD and free re-cuts, you would rather pay per film, and built-in AI labelling matters to your agency.
