The short answer
Choose Vidalisting if speed and a low monthly price matter most: paste a Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket link, or upload up to 20 photos, and it says you get a narrated video with music and captions in under 60 seconds. Choose Echoflicks for Real Estate if you want a fuller film: every photo animated with AI, an original score composed for the property, your agency's brand kit, 16:9, 4:3 and 9:16 in Full HD, up to 10 free re-cuts and built-in AI labelling. A standard Echoflicks film is ready in about 30 minutes, and the agency's first two films are free.
- Both start from a listing link and narrate in British English, with six narrator voices to choose from.
- Vidalisting says a video takes under 60 seconds; a standard Echoflicks film takes about 30 minutes.
- Vidalisting picks from 15 library music tracks; Echoflicks composes an original score for every film.
- Vidalisting includes 1 free regeneration per video; Echoflicks includes free re-cuts, up to 10 per listing.
- Every Echoflicks film is marked as AI-generated in its metadata, with a visible label on by default in the web studio; the Vidalisting pages we checked do not mention AI labelling.
Echoflicks is our product. We've compared it with Vidalisting using each company's own published information, checked on 3 November 2026, and we've tried to be fair about where Vidalisting is the better choice. Prices and features change, so check both companies' pages before you decide.
How do Echoflicks and Vidalisting compare?
The two are closer than most tools in this market. Both read a listing link, write a script, narrate it in British English and add your branding, with no shoot. The differences are in speed, how the film is finished and how you pay. Vidalisting, based in Hertford, is built for speed and a low monthly price. Echoflicks for Real Estate puts more into the finished film: Felix, our AI film director, animates every photo with AI, composes an original score and finishes the film in your agency's full brand kit.

Where does Vidalisting win?
Vidalisting is faster. It says the whole process, from photo analysis to a finished video with voiceover, music and captions, takes under 60 seconds, which is hard to beat when a vendor wants to see something straight away. It reads Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket links, so agents who start from a portal listing have nothing to prepare.
You also get useful control over the script. You can edit the property description, add instructions such as "emphasise the garden views", and choose between three styles: Listing Pro for portals, Luxury for high-value homes and Social for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Captions are generated automatically, which helps on social where many people watch on mute. Its monthly plans work out at a low price per video if you make a lot of them.
Where does Echoflicks win?
Echoflicks puts more into the finished film. Every photo is animated with AI image-to-video, and every film gets an original score composed for the property rather than a track picked from a library. Felix reads the listing page, including the brochure and floor plan when present, picks 8 to 15 room shots and writes the script from the listing's facts.
Echoflicks also looks like your agency all the way through. Your brand kit (logo, colours, fonts, tagline and default narrator) is applied to every film, and you get 16:9, 4:3 or 9:16 in Full HD 1080p, with optional subtitles. Agents can order on WhatsApp and get the film back in the chat.
It gives you more room to get each film right. Re-cuts are free, up to 10 per listing, and a re-cut can swap a photo, redo a scene, rewrite a narration line or steer the music, without paying for a new film. A film that fails costs nothing. Every film carries machine-readable AI metadata and, by default in the web studio, a visible AI-generated label, which helps you disclose clearly to buyers. Our guide to labelling AI property videos in the UK explains why that matters.
