Echoflicks vs BetterSpace (2026): which AI property video tool suits your agency?

How do Echoflicks and BetterSpace compare?

Both turn listing material into a short marketing film, but they are built differently. BetterSpace is a marketing platform: listing videos sit alongside virtual staging, AI presenters, lifestyle actors and a social media scheduler, on monthly credit plans. Echoflicks does one job: you paste a listing link and get back a scripted, narrated film written from the listing's own facts, paid per film.

Where does BetterSpace win?

BetterSpace does more. If you want virtual staging, an AI presenter on camera, people added to empty rooms and a scheduler that posts straight to Instagram and TikTok, it puts all of that in one subscription. Echoflicks does not offer virtual staging or an on-camera presenter yet.

It is also quicker, at under 15 minutes for most videos by its own account, and its homepage says it can pull photos from a Rightmove link, which suits UK agents who start from the portal listing. The free plan, with 2 videos a month and no card, is an easy way to try it, and its listing sync can pull new listings from your website automatically.

Where does Echoflicks win?

Echoflicks does more of the storytelling. Felix, our AI film director, reads the listing page, picks the room shots, writes a script from the listing's facts and narrates it in British English, with an original score composed for the property. BetterSpace narrates its videos too, but its pages do not say which voices or languages are on offer.

Echoflicks also suits agencies that do not want a subscription. You pay per delivered film, a film that fails costs nothing, and re-cuts are free, up to 10 per listing. Every film carries machine-readable AI metadata and, by default in the web studio, a visible AI-generated label, which helps you disclose clearly to buyers. How much do they cost?

BetterSpace

On 27 October 2026, BetterSpace's pricing page listed:

• Free: $0, with 2 videos a month and up to 10 staged photos.
• Lite: $29 a month for 100 credits, up to 15 photos per video.
• Starter: $49 a month for 200 credits, up to 20 photos per video.
• Growth: $89 a month for 400 credits and up to 2 team members.
• Pro: $159 a month for 800 credits and up to 3 team members.

Credits are shared between videos, staged photos and other outputs, and the page does not say how many credits a video uses. Paid plans start with a 3-day trial, and subscription fees are not refundable once a billing period starts.

Echoflicks

Films cost from €14 each on a monthly plan, from €20 with packs and €30 for a single film (launch prices until 31 December 2026, VAT included). The agency's first two films are free, no card required, so you can try it on two of your own listings first: make your first two films free. Current prices are always on the pricing page. Which should you choose?

Choose BetterSpace if you want one subscription for video, virtual staging, AI presenters and social posting, you want videos in under 15 minutes, and you like starting from a Rightmove link.

Choose Echoflicks if you want each film to tell the property's story in a narrated script written from the listing, in British English, you would rather pay per film than commit to a subscription, and built-in AI labelling matters to your agency.
