How do Echoflicks and ROAM Listings compare?

Both make a property video from the listing photos you already have, with no filming and no site visit. They work in different ways. ROAM Listings is a done-for-you service: it plans a route through the home from your floorplan, emails you a storyboard to check before you pay, creates the walkthrough with AI-assisted video tools and has a person check every scene against your photos. Echoflicks for Real Estate is self-serve: you paste a listing link, and Felix, our AI film director, reads the listing, writes a script from its facts, casts a narrator, composes an original score and finishes the film in your agency's branding.

Where does ROAM Listings win?

ROAM puts a person in the loop at every step. It plans the route through the home from your floorplan, so the walkthrough follows the real layout, and it emails you a storyboard showing every shot, the photo it comes from and any space it cannot show, before you pay anything. Every scene is checked against your original photos, and anything that does not match is remade. It says plainly that it will not invent a hallway or landing that was not photographed.

That makes it a careful choice for agents worried about accuracy. It also offers a first-video guarantee (if it cannot make a walkthrough you would publish on your first order, you do not pay), adds a disclosure caption to every video, prices simply by the number of bedrooms with no VAT to add, and lets homeowners order at the same prices as agents.

Where does Echoflicks win?

Echoflicks is faster and you stay in control. You paste a listing link, and a standard film is ready in about 30 minutes, with no storyboard to wait for and no 48-hour delivery window. Felix reads the page, including the brochure and floor plan when present, picks 8 to 15 room shots and writes a script from the listing's facts. Every shot is instructed to keep the architecture, layout, fixtures and furniture as photographed.

Every Echoflicks Tour film is narrated in British English. You choose from six narrator styles, each with a female and a male voice, or let Felix choose, and every film gets an original score composed for the property. The ROAM pages we checked do not mention narration or music.

You get Full HD 1080p as standard in 16:9, 4:3 or 9:16, with optional subtitles, and your brand kit (logo, colours, fonts, tagline and default narrator) on every film. Re-cuts are free, up to 10 per listing, so you can swap a photo, redo a scene or rewrite a line as often as you need, and a film that fails costs nothing. How much do they cost?

ROAM Listings

On 3 November 2026, ROAM's pricing page listed, per property:

• Essential: £39, up to 2 bedrooms.
• Standard: £59, up to 4 bedrooms.
• Plus: £79, up to 6 bedrooms.
• Signature: from £99, priced for each luxury or exceptional property.
• Extras: Express 24-hour delivery for £10, extra revision rounds for £5 each, and a Full HD upgrade from £5.

ROAM says there is no VAT to add, new customers get 30% off the first package, and branch packs of 10 or 25 walkthroughs a month are priced on request. You pay by card after approving the storyboard, as its homepage explains.

Echoflicks

Films cost from €14 each on a monthly plan, from €20 with packs and €30 for a single film (launch prices until 31 December 2026, VAT included). The agency's first two films are free, no card required, so you can try it on two of your own listings first: make your first two films free. Current prices are always on the pricing page. Which should you choose?

Choose ROAM Listings if you want a person to plan and check each walkthrough from your floorplan, you like approving a storyboard before you pay, and a delivery within 48 hours of payment works for your listings.

Choose Echoflicks if you want a narrated, branded film from a listing link in about 30 minutes, with an original score, Full HD in three formats and free re-cuts, you would rather do it yourself in the web studio or on WhatsApp, and built-in AI labelling matters to your agency.
