# Echoflicks for Real Estate > Echoflicks for Real Estate turns a property listing into a narrated, scored, animated marketing film in the agency's brand. An estate agent sends a listing link (on the web studio or on WhatsApp) and Felix, Echoflicks' AI film director, returns a finished film, typically in 20 to 50 minutes, for EUR 14.99 per film with the agency's first film free. - **How it works:** Paste a listing URL from an agency website. Felix reads the page (photos, facts, description, brochure and floor plan when present), picks 8 to 15 room shots, writes a script, casts a narrator, animates every photo with AI image-to-video, composes an original score, adds titles and the agency's branded outro. - **Where to use it:** Web studio at real-estate.echoflicks.com (live progress, shared agency gallery, downloads, share links, re-cuts) or WhatsApp (agents added by their agency message Felix and receive the film in the chat). - **Portals that block automated reading:** Listings on Idealista, Fotocasa, Habitaclia and sites behind bot protection are made in paste mode: paste the listing text and upload at least 3 photos. - **Formats:** Tour: narrated, about one minute. Eye candy: a 20 to 30 second music-only social teaser. Aspect ratios 16:9, 4:3 and 9:16; Full HD 1080p or 720p; optional burned-in, styleable subtitles. - **Narration:** British English. Six narrator archetypes (The Sophisticate, The Charmer, The Modernist, The Host, The Insider, The Dreamer), each with a female and a male voice, or let Felix choose. - **Music:** An original score composed for every film, matched to the property; no licensed commercial tracks. - **Brand:** Agency brand kit: logo, colours, fonts (curated or uploaded), tagline and a default narrator; a website scan can prefill it. - **Price:** EUR 14.99 per film, VAT included, pay per film. The agency's first film is free with no card required. A credit is only used when a film is delivered. Re-cuts are free (up to 10 per listing). - **Accuracy and disclosure:** Every shot is instructed to keep architecture, layout, fixtures and furniture as photographed. Every film carries machine-readable AI-generated metadata and, by default in the web studio, a visible AI-generated label. Vertical films extend photo edges with AI, and house films may open on an AI-generated aerial view (not drone footage). - **Not available yet:** Echo Signature (Agent Presence and digital home staging) is coming soon.
